Jason Geigle
Owner, President
Jason joined Twin City Roofing in 2012 with 15 years of experience as an estimator and project manager with other North Dakota contractors. As president, he leads projects from planning through completion with a strong focus on safety, quality, and accountability.
Jason also serves as Twin City Roofing’s Safety Director, helping ensure every job is done the right way and every crew member goes home safe at the end of the day.
Rich Zittleman
Territory Manager
Rich joined Twin City Roofing in 2017 after more than 27 years of architectural experience. With a strong background in detailing and project management, he works closely with customers and crews to make sure each project is planned carefully and built to perform as expected.
Kurtis Ganyo
Estimator
Kurtis has been part of the Twin City Roofing team since 2018. With over 15 years of experience in computer-aided drafting and design, he plays a key role in estimating projects accurately and thoroughly. In addition to estimating, Kurtis manages inventory and oversees the purchasing of roofing and sheet metal materials. He also handles the shop drawings and product submittals, helping ensure every project is planned clearly before work begins.
Kelli Pflug
Office Manager
Kelli joined Twin City Roofing in 2025 as Office Manager, bringing over a decade of experience across several industries. She keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly, from organizing files and pay orders to coordinating crews and managing payroll. Often the first point of contact in the office, Kelli helps make sure questions are answered, details are tracked, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Gary Bullinger | With Twin City Roofing since 1981
Gary began his career in 1981 as a laborer and has since spent decades leading crews as foremen on many complex commercial roofing projects. His experience in the field shows up in how jobs are planned, managed, and executed from start to finish.

Jeff Peterson | With Twin City Roofing since 1984
Beginning in 1984, Jeff worked his way through the ranks to become a crew foreman. In addition to leading crews, Jeff is one of the company’s main crane operators, bringing decades of expertise to complex and large-scale jobs.

Ron Lee | With Twin City Roofing since 1988
Ron began as a laborer, working his way up to crew foremen. His leadership is built on
years in the field and a deep understanding of how to run a jobsite the right way. Ron’s
attention to detail is evident in every project he oversees; from power plants to schools.

Tyler Howe | With Twin City Roofing since 2008
Tyler trained under previous sheet metal foremen before his promotion in 2024. Today, he leads the sheet metal division, handling the fabrication and installation details that are often the most visible part of every project.

Joey Efta | With Twin City Roofing since 2011
Joey began his career as part of the crew and has since excelled as foreman since his promotion in 2021. Overseeing the Dickinson branch, he has continued to develop his leadership skills through roofing projects across Western North Dakota.
